By downloading, accessing, or playing CHUDHOUSE (the "Game"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction, including any rules regarding digital assets. Do not use the Game where it is prohibited.
CHUDHOUSE is a browser-based 3v3 MOBA provided "as is." We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Game — including servers, matchmaking, champions, or the leaderboard — at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Online play is gated to wallets holding a minimum amount of the $CHUDHOUSE token; the arena vs. bots is free. You are solely responsible for your wallet, its keys, and its security — we never take custody of your wallet or private keys. We do not sell, issue, or control the market for $CHUDHOUSE, and we make no promise about its price, value, or future utility. Holding the token is for access to gameplay features only.
Nothing in the Game is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Digital assets are volatile and risky; you may lose value. You acquire and hold tokens at your own risk.
Your account and username are tied to your wallet address. A username is held only while the wallet meets the token requirement; if the balance falls below the minimum, the username may be released and claimed by others. Do not choose usernames that are unlawful, infringing, or abusive; we may reclaim or remove them.
Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or unauthorized clients, tamper with the netcode, harass other players, or attempt to disrupt the servers or other users. We may restrict or ban access for conduct we consider harmful.
The Game, its code, art, characters, and branding are owned by the CHUDHOUSE creators, except third-party assets used under license. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to play the Game. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative works from Game assets without permission.
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be secure, error-free, or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the CHUDHOUSE creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of tokens, funds, data, or profits, arising from your use of the Game.
We may update these Terms; material changes are reflected by the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
